Services for Daniel C. Flores, 52, of Houston, formerly of Temple, will be 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple with the Rev. Tom Chamberlain officiating.

Burial will follow in Temple Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Mr. Flores died Thursday, Sept. 11, in a Houston hospital.

He was born April 30, 1956, to Carlos and Patsy Flores in Lampasas. He graduated in 1974 from Belton High School and attended Texas Tech University, studying telecommunications. He retired from Alcon Laboratories Inc. in 2005.

Survivors include three brothers, Robert Flores of Temple, David Flores of Belton and Augustine Flores of Fort Worth; and a sister, Christina Burris of Belton.

Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple.
