Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Kamenicky died Sunday, Oct. 19, at a Temple hospital.
He was born March 15, 1926, in Cameron to Rudolph and Mary Provazek Kamenicky. He graduated from the Ad Hall School. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He married Valsta Muzny on June 22, 1948. He was a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church. He worked in the maintenance department of Blackland Seed and he was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife of Cameron; two sons, James Edward Kamenicky of Humble and Robert Ben Kamenicky Jr. of Temple; two daughters, Linda Kay Kamenicky of Cameron and Patricia Ann Kamenicky of Temple; a sister, Olga Eiland of Waxahachie; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron.
