Stephen died Sunday, Oct. 19, in a Temple hospital.
He was born Oct. 19, 2008, in Temple.
Survivors include his parents of Killeen; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Rushen and Mr. and Mrs. David Fortune, all of McDonald, Ohio; and great-grandparents, Teresa Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Rock, all of McDonald, Elizabeth Fortune and Jason Stuhldreher, both of Niles, Ohio, and Mr. and Mrs. Stephen W. Rushen of Austintown, Ohio.
Scanio-Harper Funeral Home of Temple is in charge of arrangements.
