Private services for Stephen Wayne Shilling, 52, of Temple will be held at a later date.

Mr. Shilling died Monday, Oct. 13, in a Temple hospital.

He was born Jan. 24, 1956, to Earl Eugene and Anna Dora Jacobs Shilling in Leesburg, Va. He worked as a roofer for Hitt Roofing Company in Temple.

Survivors include a son, Randy Shilling of Moorefield, W.Va.; a daughter, Carrie Cook of Moorefield, W.Va.; a sister, Terry Montgomery of Bealeton, Va.; and two grandchildren.

Scanio-Harper Funeral Home of Temple is in charge of arrangements.
