COPPERAS COVE — Services for David O’Dell Hales, 51, of Copperas Cove will be 2 p.m. Monday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove with Tom Allen officiating.

Burial will follow in Copperas Cove City Cemetery.

Mr. Hales died Thursday, Oct. 23, in a Temple hospital.

He was born Feb. 4, 1957, to Burley Hales and Mary Jones Hales in Fort Chaffee, Ark. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Copperas Cove Church of Christ.

Survivors include a son, David O’Dell Hales II of Reno, Nev.; three brothers, Mark Hales, Mike Hales and John Hales, all of Copperas Cove; his mother of Copperas Cove; and a granddaughter.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
