Services for Idell “Boochie” Lawrence, 78, of Temple will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Corinth Baptist Church with the Rev. U.C. Barnes officiating.

Burial will be in Temple Garden of Memories.

Mrs. Lawrence died Thursday, Oct. 23, in a Temple hospital.

She was born in Feb. 7, 1930, to Albert Mathis and Willie Mae Nora in Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of Cornith Baptist Church.

Survivors are two sons, Charles Ray Lawrence and Reginald Milo, both of Temple; a daughter, Debra Ann Beard of Temple; two brothers, the Rev. George Mathis of Waco and the Rev. Harlod Curtis Nora of Temple; four sisters, Mary Louise Green and Lillie Barbara Nora, both of Temple, Earnestine Edmond of Fort Worth and Lois Thompson of Belton.

Visitation is 2-6 p.m. with family hour 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at Branford/Dawson Funeral Home in Temple.
