Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Bumpus died Tuesday, Oct. 28, in a local hospital.
She was born Oct. 10, 1928, to Robert F. and Roxie Pearl Hinesly Bishop in Tulsa, Okla. She was raised and educated in Conway, Ark. She married Floyd Bumpus on Feb. 2, 1947, in Conway. She was a resident of Temple for the past 14 years. She was a member of Oak Park United Methodist Church, Temple Garden Club and Newcomers Club. She was a Ham Radio operator.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years of Temple; a son, David Bumpus of Belton; two daughters, Linda Kay Lake of Waxahachie and Roxanna Louise Bumpus Ginnett of Italy; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Oak Park United Methodist Church.
