Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bailey Funeral Home in Clyde.
Burial will follow in Clyde Cemetery.
Mrs. Spivey was born May 22, 1934, to Ed and Ivilene Freeman in Clyde. She married Billy Hubert Spivey. She was a retired beautician having worked in Clyde, Killeen and Dripping Springs. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Killeen. She was preceded in death by her husband in June 1995.
Survivors include a son, Danny Spivey of Burnet; a daughter, Linda Parker of Harker Heights; a sister, Eva Cooper of Abilene; three grandsons; and two great-granddaughters.

Visitation will be 5:30-7:30 p.m. today at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen and 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at Bailey Funeral Home in Clyde.
