Ms. Church died Saturday, Nov. 1, in a Temple hospital.
She was born March 28, 1938.
Survivors include a son, Steve Church of Seattle; a daughter, Patricia Church-Elizondo of Austin; a brother, Peter Wagner of Germany; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
