Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Barker was born June 27, 1920, in Buford, Ga., to George Barker and Ruth McCrea Barker. He owned Barker Feed Mill in Lampasas and was a real estate broker, rancher and businessman.
Survivors are a daughter, Nancy Burton of Burnet; a son, Charles Barker of Burnet; two sisters, Betty Whitis of Lampasas and JoAnn Lancaster; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children.
Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas.
