Burial will be in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
Mrs. Borders died Thursday, Nov. 6, in a Temple hospital.
She was born Feb. 7, 1935, to George Seago and Edna Renfro Seago in Delhi, Ill. She married Paul Vernon Borders on Jan. 25, 1952. She lived in Copperas Cove and Temple before moving to Heidenheimer 25 years ago. She was an accountant for 12 years before retiring from Mobil Chemical. She also worked for Blackland Grain and Storage in Heidenheimer. She was a member of Academy Band Boosters.
Survivors include two sons, Paul Bourders of Columbia, Md., and David Borders of Little River-Academy; three daughters, Cheryl Peters of Heidenheimer, Lisa Lay of Academy and Tina Bennett of Newbury Park, Calif.; a brother, Clifford Seago of Fayetteville, N.C.; a sister, Helen Bock of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; and 12 grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
