A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Lampasas with the Rev. Pedro Castillo officiating.
Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.
Mrs. Rogers was born Sept. 21, 1911, to Emilio Mejia and Anastasia Pena Mejia in Smiley. She married John N. Rogers. She was a homemaker and had worked for Lampasas Steam Laundry. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Lampasas, where she was part of the Guadalupanas. She was preceded in death by her husband; and two sons, Joe D. Rogers and Thomas Rogers.
Survivors include two sons, John Rogers of Lampasas and Rudy Rogers of Idaho; two daughters, Janie Monroe of Modesto, Calif, and Mary Willson of Cupertino, Calif.; a brother, Joe Mejia of Goldthwaite; a sister, Flavia Barrera of Brownsville; 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas.
