PFLUGERVILLE - The Killeen Kangaroos ran over the Austin Crockett Cougars for a 34-21 bi-district victory Friday night and into the Class 4A Division I area round of the high school football playoffs.

Killeen (7-4) rushed for 409 yards and held Crockett to 286 total yards to earn a matchup against San Antonio Alamo Heights - a 44-13 bi-district winner over San Antonio Brackenridge.

Jaquail Haskins ran for 167 yards and quarterback Michael Cummings scampered for 152 to fuel the Kangaroos, who held a 34-7 lead before the Cougars (6-5) scored a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns.
