CAMERON — Graveside services for Troy Hurry, 89, of Bellville, formerly of Buckholts will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in North Elm Cemetery in Cameron with the Rev. Billy Crow officiating.

Mr. Hurry died Saturday, Nov. 15, in a Bellville nursing home.

He was born Jan. 6, 1919, to Rufus and Lola Fuller Hurry. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from General Tire & Rubber Company.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Stanard Hurry of Bellville; a son, Thomas Raymond Hurry of White Rock, N.M.; two daughters, Carolyn Thompson Hurry of Bellville and Debra Sonnier of Houston; and three grandchildren.

Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
