Mrs. Ballard died Friday, Nov. 14, in Killeen.
She was born Aug. 21, 1923, in Cleveland.
She married S.A. Ballard Jr. and he preceded her in death. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Vincent De-Paul Society.
Survivors include her brother, Robert C. Racz Sr.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at Harper Talasek Funeral Home with a rosary recited at 6 p.m.
