Burial will be in Smith Cemetery in Kempner.
Mr. Franklin died Friday, Nov. 14, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 8, 1984, in Farmington, Mo., to Richard Ellis Franklin and Janet Lynn Bockenkamp Franklin. He was a schoolteacher for C.C.I.S.D. and a member of Central Cities Church.
Survivors include his parents; a brother, Chad Franklin of Copperas Cove; grandparents, Lena Gay Bockenkamp of Park Hills, Mo., Greg and Norma Franklin of Desloge, Mo.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
