Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at East Side Baptist Church with Dr. John Hallum officiating.
Burial will follow in Killeen City Cemetery.
Mr. Smith was born July 7, 1937, to Calvin and Beatrice Smith in Coryell County. He married Charlene Elliott on June 9, 1956, at East Side Baptist Church in Killeen. He was sales manager for Bay-Long Olds for many years and owned and operated his own automotive parts business in Killeen.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Debbie Curl and Sherry Hood; two brothers, Charles and Harvey Smith; a sister, Melba Curtis; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
