Mr. Kelsey died Friday, Nov. 21, at his home.
He was born to Paul Franklin Kelsey and Alice Chappelow Kelsey in Kansas City, Mo. He worked in maintenance for the public school system. He was a member of the Restoration Church of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Oak Grove, Mo.
Survivors include four sons, David Kelsey, Tome Kelsey, Mike Kelsey and Rick Kelsey, all of Belton, a brother, David Cary Kelsey of Independence, Mo.; and six grandchildren.
Dossman Funeral Home of Belton is in charge of arrangements.
