Interment will follow in Killeen Cemetery.
Mrs. Cartwright died Friday, Nov. 29.
She was born Feb. 18, 1925, in Killeen to the late Samuel Thomas and Viola Dale Watson Browning. She attended school in Killeen and spent 20 years as a medication nurse with Bertram Nursing Home. She also was employed by Montgomery Ward in Killeen. In 2001, she moved to Moody from Bertram and became a member of the First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a son, Rick McMahan; and a grandson, Ricky Todd McMahan.
Survivors include two sons, Bobby Cartwright of Moody and Mark Cartwright of Brownwood; a brother, Charles Browning of Fort Worth; a sister, Bette Morosko of Conroe; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at Cole Funeral Home in McGregor.
