Burial will be in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
Mr. Rodriguez died Saturday, Nov. 29, in a Temple hospital.
He was born June 6, 1936, in Puerto Rico.
Survivors include his wife, Nellie Rodriguez of Killeen; a son, Hansen Rodriguez Jr. of Killeen, three daughters, Debra Snow of Round Rock, Kelli Evans of Harker Heights, and Janine Rodriguez of Kingwood; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
