Burial will be in Brock Cemetery in Decatur County, Georgia.
Mr. Brock died Tuesday, Dec. 2.
He was born Feb. 4, 1953, in Lakeland, Fla., to R.C. Willis and Mary Sue Brock Willis Gilson.
After serving in the U.S. Army, he worked in the concrete construction industry. He lived in Pelham, Ga., prior to living in Copperas Cove.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather of Copperas Cove; a sister, Debbie Holstine of Hernando, Miss.; and a brother, Roger Willis of Olive Branch, Miss.
Memorials may be made to Odyssey Hospice in Temple.
Visitation will be Thursday following the service.
