Private services for Joyce Ann Bennight Burzloff, 64, of Temple will be held at a later date.

The body will be cremated.

Ms. Burzloff died Wednesday, Dec. 10, at a Temple hospital.

She was born Dec. 4, 1944, to John and Annie Hewer Bennight in Cameron. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a son, Paul Rossow in 1962.

Survivors include a son, Richard Rossow of Temple; a daughter, Carolyn Simek of La Marque; two brothers, John Henry Bennight of Shiner and Lewis Bennight of Weimer; five sisters, Lillie Hill and Kay Hill, both of Holland, Ruby Hastings of Virginia, Katiele Matlock of Idaho and Beverly Simpson of Columbus; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
