Burial will be in Salado Cemetery.
Mrs. Green died Sunday, Dec. 14, in Temple.
She was born July 23, 1921, in Nolanville to Thomas Alfred Johnson and Olive Jones Johnson. She married Edward O. Green July 29, 1939, and he preceded her in death Dec. 20, 1978. She was a homemaker and was employed at Scott and White Lab Desk for many years. She was involved with charity work and was a member of Southwestern Bell Pioneer Club. She lived in Bell County all of her life mostly in Troy. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Troy.
Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Lawrence of Florence and Karen Franklin of Temple; a son, Tommy Green of Moffat; a brother, W.A. Johnson of Poteet; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
