Traffic on Interstate 35 was flowing despite heavy fog at 8 a.m. Thursday. The National Weather Service sent a dense fog advisory to the area on Wednesday night stating the fog was to disappear by noon. That wasn’t the case in Temple. Fog lingered throughout the day over most of the area with intermittent rain. Visibility for drivers was less than a mile. Today, temperatures are expected to rise to the mid-70s. Mitch Green/Telegram
