Mrs. Mathis died Thursday, Dec. 18.
She was born July 12, 1944, to Tom Anderson and Velma Scott in Bartlett.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence Mathis of Temple; a son, Clarence Mathis Jr. of Killeen; two daughters, Regina Thrasher and Karen Mathis McGruder, both of Killeen; six brothers, Stan Smith, Curtis Scott, D.J. Mahon, James Edward Anderson, Henry Freman and Donald Anderson; four sisters, Doris Smith, Thelma Howard, Joyce West and Tomlee Brown; and eight grandchildren.
W.H. Littles & Sons Mortuary in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
