Mrs. Crosby died Friday, Dec. 19, in a local nursing home.
She was born Mar. 10, 1944, at Fort Smith, Ark., to Annie Mae Cash and Earl Neal Sisk Sr.
She moved from Lawton, Okla. She was a licensed practical nurse for 40 years.
Survivors include her husband, Dale Crosby of Killeen; two daughters, Jacki Crosby and Terri Guynn, both of Killeen; two sisters, Anne Dibrell of San Antonio and Lynne Stevens of Rochester, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.
