Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple with Dr. Margaret Boles officiating.
Burial will follow in Bellwood Memorial Park.
Mr. Jezek was born June 8, 1923, to Charlie and Anna Sladovnik Jezek. He married Viola Psencik on July 30, 1942, in Cameron. He served in the U.S. Army, 1943-1946, during World War II in the 547th Battalion Battery B. His decorations include the American Theater Campaign Medal; World War II Victory Medal; EAME Campaign Medal, with two Bronze Stars; and the Good Conduct Medal. He was a member of the VFW; a lifetime member of the DAV Post 1820; and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Temple.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years of Temple; two sons, Eric Jezek of Temple and Larry Jezek of Round Rock; a daughter, Nancy Manoogian of Temple; two brothers, Charles Jezek and David Jezek, both of Midland; and a sister, Dorothy Wood of Eden.
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 12 W. French, Temple, Texas 76501 or to the charity of your choice.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
