Mr. McDaniel died Monday, Dec. 22, at a Dallas hospital.
He was born Nov. 22, 1954, to Donald and Barbara Mae Pierce McDaniel in Monroe, Mich. He lived in Michigan and West Virginia before moving to Texas. He was a business owner in Killeen.
Survivors include a son, J.D. Armstrong of Morgantown, W.Va.; two sisters, Bridget Sanderson of Branson West, Mo., and Gale White of Nacogdoches; and his mother and step-father, Barbara and Fred Williams of Dundee, Mich.
