Mrs. Hartley died Thursday, Dec. 25, at a Missouri City nursing home.
She was born June 1, 1922, to James C. and Elizabeth Dragoo Gilliland in Davilla. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wilson Hartley, in 1982 and a son, Randy Hartley, in 1996.
Survivors include a son, James Hartley of Houston; a daughter, Gaye Mathis of Longmont, Colo.; two sisters, Kaye Hairston of Houston and Faye Davidson of Rockdale; and two grandchildren.
Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
