Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, in Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
Mrs. Stephens was born Jan. 23, 1923, in Harrington, Kan. She married Frank L. Stephens in 1942. She lived in El Paso and retired in Marble Falls, moving to Leon Junction two years ago. She attended White Mound Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband and two granddaughters.
Survivors include two sons, Ray Stephens and Rick Stephens; two daughters Shirley Hamilton and Melba Nunn; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
