Burial will be in Milano Cemetery.
Mr. Sexton died Sunday, Dec. 28, near Cameron.
He was born Feb. 11, 1974, in Hearne to Phyllis Eiland and Edward A. Sexton Jr. He was a carbon setter for Alcoa of Rockdale. He married Dana Jo Wadlington. He was a 1992 Milano High School graduate. He coached PeeWee baseball and football in Milano and his flag football team won a state title.
He was preceded in death by a son, Austin Sexton Feb. 2, 1999.
Survivors include his wife; children, Kodie Jo Sexton, Edward Brodie Earl Sexton, and Edward Braden Rae Sexton, all of Cameron; his mother Phyllis and her husband, Jessie Countryman of Milano; his father of Navasota; his grandparents, Bill and Bobbie Eiland of Milano, Edwin and Ann Davis of Caldwell, and Helen Countryman of Cleveland; a sister, Lori Poehl of Milano; a stepsister, Helen Dunlap of Longview; and a stepbrother, Frank Countryman of Palestine.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
