Mrs. Funk died Saturday, Dec. 27, in a Killeen hospital.
She was born Jan. 23, 1927, in Appalachia, Va., to Gideon Edmond and Sarah Ellen Heron Neece. She married Lloyd Funk Dec. 6, 1958, in Hamilton, Ohio, and he preceded her in death. She had been a member of Willow Grove Baptist Church in Moody since 1984. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by ten children.
Survivors include a son, Richard D. Hilton of Troy; Six grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
