Burial will be in Moffat Cemetery.
Mrs. Owens died Monday at her home.
She was born in Bell County to Davis White and Sarah Owens White. She lived in Bell County all of her life. She married Cecil D. Owens Sr. of Oct. 2, 1942. She was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Her husband preceded her in death on Jan. 12, 2001.
Survivors are two sons, David Owens Jr. of Hallettsville and Danny Owens of Temple; three daughters, Cecelia Fritz of Temple, Debra Lyda of Georgetown and Jennifer Owens of Temple; a brother, Ray White of Temple; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to VistaCare Hospice in Temple.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
