ROSEBUD — Services for William Fabianke, 81, of Rosebud will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Salem Lutheran Church near Rosebud with the Rev. Gnana Segaran officiating.

Burial will follow in Salem Lutheran Cemetery.

Mr. Fabianke died Wednesday, May 14, at his home.

He was born Nov. 30, 1926, to Willie and Clara Schroeder Fabianke in Barclay. He lived in the Rosebud area all of his life. He was an honor graduate of Rosebud High School in 1945. He married Alice Goldman on April 13, 1947. He was a rural letter carrier for 30 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, where he served on the church council and taught Sunday school.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years of Rosebud; a son, Gaylon Fabianke of Troy; a daughter, Deborah Willard of Houston; a brother, Raymond Fabianke of Rosebud; a sister, Clara Lee Trojan of Temple; four grandchildren; a stepgrandchild; and a great-grandchild.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
