Burial will follow in North Belton Cemetery.
Mrs. Aguilar died Thursday, Jan. 1, at her home.
She was born June 15, 1945, to Filipe Torres and Maria Riveria Torres in Robstown. She married Saragosa Aguilar on April 27, 1958. She worked as a custodian for Belton High School for 20 years, retiring in 2006. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton and was a member of the Guadalupanos. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years on April 12, 2007, a granddaughter and a great-granddaughter.
Survivors include three sons, Amado Aguilar Sr. and Armando Aguilar Sr., both of Belton and Allen Aguilar Sr. of Temple; three daughters, Delma Dossey of Temple, and Dalia Gutierrez and Delia Lara, both of Belton; two brothers, Felipe Torres of Arizona and Juan Torres of Temple; a sister, Celia Escobar of El Paso; 23 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Dossman Funeral Home of Belton.
