Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron with the Rev. James Wheeless officiating.
Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
Mr. Dorner was born on Dec. 11, 1921, to Herman and Annie Folschinsky Dorner in Milam County. He married Myrtle Swanzy on Jan. 9, 1943. He was a farmer and later a salesman for Central Butane in Cameron. He served as Constable in Burlington for many years. He was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years of Cameron; three sons, Jessie Wayland Dorner of Meekers, Colo., Ronnie Dorner of Cameron and Terry Dorner of Rosebud; three daughters, Nancy Hoff of Burlington, Frances Oliphant of Temple and Yvonne Ward of Palestine; 14 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Christian Fellowship Church in Ben Arnold or to the American Heart Association.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
