Burial will follow in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with military honors.
Mr. Robins died Saturday, Jan. 3, at his home.
He was born on Feb. 10, 1973, to Robert and Patty Devine Robins in Upland, Calif. He worked as a diesel mechanic with Bae Systems at Fort Hood. He was a U.S. Army veteran. His decorations include the Army Lapel Button; the Good Conduct Medal; the National Defense Service Medal; the Humanitarian Service Medal; the Army Service Ribbon; the Overseas Service Ribbon; the Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge with Rifle Bar; the Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge with Grenade Bar; and the Parachutist Badge. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Copperas Cove.
Survivors include a son, Dalton Robins of Clarksville, Tenn.; a daughter, Devon Michelle Robins of Clarksville; and his mother of Kempner.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with a rosary being recited at 7 p.m.
