Burial will follow in New Corn Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Havelka died Thursday, Jan. 8, at a local nursing home.
She was born on April 30, 1937, to Mary and Willibard Marak west of Granger. She graduated from Granger High School and moved to Austin to begin her longtime career as a telephone operator with Southwestern Bell and AT&T, retiring in 1992. She then moved from Pflugerville to a family farm east of Jarrell.
Survivors include her husband, Lawrence; two sons, James Havelka and David Havelka; a daughter, Theresa Smith; a sister, Helen Marak-Walker; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church building fund.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown, with a rosary recited at 7 p.m.
