Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple with the Rev. Brian West officiating.
Burial will follow in Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.
Mrs. Teeters was born on Jan. 20, 1934, to Evan and Gladys Hart Shumake in Temple. She married Joe Elmer Lockabey in 1949. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Little River–Academy. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years.
Survivors include a son, James Lockabey of Temple; two daughters, Kamaka Woodard and Loretta Slauson, both of Temple; two brothers, Clyde Shumake of Temple and Melvin Shumake of Little River-Academy; a sister, Benita Johnson of Temple; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
