Burial will follow in Bluebonnet Cemetery in Rosebud.
Mr. Coulter died Thursday, June 25, in Waco.
He was born June 19, 1950, in Rosebud.
Survivors include two sons, Anthony Coulter and Derek-Jerome Johnson, both of Temple; three brothers; six sisters; his mother, Bernice Jones Whitfield of Rosebud; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
W. H. Littles & Sons Mortuary in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
