Mrs. Scheler died Tuesday, June 23.
She was born on July 28, 1956, to Morris and Betty Scheler in Tell City, Ind.
She earned a degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and a master’s degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton. She was the director of Caring and Family Network in Killeen.
Survivors include her husband, Brett Messer of Killeen; two sons, Adam Warford of Benton, Ark. and Jordan Warford of Conway, Ark.; three sisters, Beth Flamion of Magnet, Ind., and Shelley Wheatley and Jema Watts, both of Tell City, Ind.; her parents of Magnet, Ind.; two grandchildren.
