Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
He was born on Dec. 22, 1948, to Odell and Katherine Rotthoff Tillman in Fort Worth. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a Christian and he moved to Cyclone from Waco in 1984. He was a nurse, having worked for Scott & White Memorial Hospital and later in private clinical research.
Survivors include two sons, Brian Tillman and Nick Tillman, both of Austin; two daughters, Kelly Meier of Cyclone and Jessica McKee of Austin; a brother, Steve Tillman of Houston; two sisters, Patricia Tillman of Hartford, Conn., and Teresa Tillman-Ruiz of Austin; and six grandchildren.

Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
