Temple closes two roadways due to flooding

The city of Temple closed two areas to traffic at about 5:30 p.m. Friday because of localized flooding on area roadways, according to a press release from the city.

Closed at this time are the intersection of First Street and Loop 363 (near Temple College and the Railroad crossing) and the eastbound access road of Loop 363 (in front of Kings' Daughters Hospital).

Traffic has been re-routed to Jack Rabbit to Cottonwood so traffic can proceed east behind Kings' Daughters.
