Lady Leopards fall to Tyler
TYLER - After beating North Central Texas on Thursday, the Temple College Lady Leopards suffered a slight letdown Saturday, falling to the Tyler Lady Apaches 25-21, 25-22, 25-19 in a non-conference match.
"We need to get the same amount of intensity and desire for the non-conference matches as we do for conference," Temple coach Mary Reese said. "It's not like the girls don't play hard in these matches, but it's like they still have it in the back of their head it's non-conference."
The loss dropped Temple to 15-19. The Lady Leopards look to build on their 6-0 record in Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference play at 6 p.m. Thursday at Hill.
