What it means: Cove looks to retain at least a share of first place in the league. The Bulldawgs are 5-0 all-time against Shoemaker.

Outlook: This game shouldn't be close. Cove is coming off its biggest victory of the season, knocking off previously unbeaten Belton last week without scoring an offensive touchdown. Chancellor will be a game-time decision after injuring his left knee last week. That should give plenty of opportunities for Byrd and Wright to run wild. Of the Bulldawgs' 36 rushing attempts last week, only three went for more than 10 yards.

The Grey Wolves' offense ended an 11-quarter scoreless streak when Willis caught a 76-yard score from Blount in the fourth quarter last week. Shoemaker's offense ranks last in the area and lacks playmakers due to its numerous injuries. The defense has held its own considering the constant terrible situations the offense puts it in.
