BELTON - The skull that was found Sunday north of the Stillhouse Hollow Dam near an inlet surrounded on all sides by rural neighborhoods was discovered by a boy who was fishing with his father.
The boy's father said his son was on his way back from fishing when he placed his fishing pole against a tree and began urinating, according to the father, who was contacted Friday.
