Burial will be in Salty Cemetery near Thorndale.
Mrs. Fisher died Monday, Nov. 2, in Austin.
She was born July 27, 1926, in Manchaca to Arthur M. and Bessie L. Richardson Cook. She was a homemaker. She married William “Billy” Franklin Fisher on Dec. 21, 1943, in Alief and he preceded her in death Aug. 30, 1968. She was a member of Salty Community Church and Town and Country Club in Thorndale.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Lynn Fisher.
Survivors include three sons, Jim Fisher and Keith Fisher, both of Salty Community and Larry Fisher of Thorndale; three brothers, William Cook of Richmond, Arthur Lee Cook of Conroe and Clifford Cook of Tomball; a sister, Betty Taliaferro of Jersey Village; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
