Burial will be in Live Oak Cemetery.
Mr. Robbins died Friday, Oct. 30.
He served in the U.S. Navy and retired as a chief petty officer after 20 years. He was a Vietnam veteran and a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Robbins of Live Oak, Fla.; three daughters, Theresa Kirkham and Frankie Garner, both of Dallas, and Susan “Nikki” Marasco of St. Pete Beach, Fla.; two sons, Robert M. Robbins Jr. of Live Oak, Fla., and Rory Robbins of Tallahassee, Fla.; a sister, Helyne Knauth of Weir; a brother, Howell Robbins of Lewiston, Mass.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
