HARKER HEIGHTS - The Friends of the Harker Heights Public Library will sell books from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the library. The collection includes fiction, encyclopedias, fantasies and children's books. Proceeds will help fund library programs.

The library will accept donations for the sale through Friday.

The Friends of the Library organization promotes literacy and information access by holding fundraisers, assisting with library programs like the summer reading club and buying materials for the library.
