Killeen — Services for Jewell Jean Wells, 90, of Killeen will be 2 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church in Killeen with the Rev. Skip Blanchett officiating.

Burial will follow in Killeen City Cemetery.

Mrs. Wells died Wednesday, Nov. 4. in Austin.

She was born on May 17, 1919, to Lonnie and Laura Hendricks Jean in Maxdale. She lived most of her life in Killeen, where she was a longtime active member of First United Methodist. She worked for the Killeen ISD for 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Wells in 1944 and a son, Ronnie in 1996.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Killeen – Building Fund.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen is in charge of arrangements.
